Send items back within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

I guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of my work and want you to be 100% satisfied with your new purchase. If you are unhappy with any items, you may return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An item must be in original, unused condition. Please be sure to purchase delivery confirmation for your return, as I cannot be held responsible for the loss of returns. Please contact me prior to returning any items. If you are asking for a refund, you will be refunded via PayPal after your items have been returned to me. 

I am unable to accept returns on custom orders. Custom and personalized orders may only be returned if the item is damaged or faulty.

Delivery policies

----------------------------- DISPATCH TIMES -----------------------------

I always aim to get your purchase sent out as quickly as possible. Usually, it is within 2 business days Monday to Friday. Personalized items may take 7 business days. 

I will send you a notification when your item has shipped - this will go to the email address that you signed up to Sari Jules with.

----------------------------- SHIPPING TIMES -----------------------------

The ESTIMATED delivery times from dispatch are:

• The UK - First Class post 1 - 3 business days.
• US/Canada/Australia - standard airmail - 6 - 15 business days. 
• Europe - 4 - 10 business days
• Rest of world - 6 - 16 business days

The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependant on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days. 

Please remember that these times are estimates and unless you have opted for Priority Mail I cannot give you any information as to where your parcel is or how long it will be.
