GIFT PACKAGING AND PRESENTATION

Sari Jules Jewellery is beautifully packaged, ready to give as a gift. Each piece comes carefully wrapped in tissue paper and presented in either a gift box or a pouch drawstring gift bag (Depends on Size)

DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE:

Orders are shipped within 48hrs if completed and paid for online before midday (Mon-Fri) and if all items are in stock at the time of ordering.
Bespoke orders will be shipped upon agreed delivery date.
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted within two working days either by phone or email and asked if you wish to cancel for a full refund, wait until the stock arrives or choose an alternative product.
The delivery charge is displayed once item is added to your basket. Multiple items are combined under a single delivery charge.  All items will be shipped using insured and recorded delivery.
Delivery time cannot be fixed and will be anytime between 8 am and 6 pm (Mon to Fri)
Normally we use the services of the Royal Mail. They are subject to the same delays and congestion on the roads as we all experience from time to time. Every effort is made to expedite delivery, but delivery times are NOT guaranteed

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

Sari Jules works in strict compliance with UK anti-fraud and card protection legislation and guidelines. When paying by credit or debit card, we will only deliver to an address already registered with your card issuer, usually the card statement address. Same will apply on Paypal Transactions.
All transaction information you enter is sent via our secure server to your own card issuer for authorisation and authentication. If the details do not match EXACTLY, they advise us to cancel the order
To have your order delivered to an alternate address, some card issuers allow you to register a second address which can be used for delivery. Please register this address with your card issuer before placing your order. Alternatively, choose the PayPal payment option. To sign up for PayPal. 

How To Return A Faulty Item

You must inform Sari Jules of the fault in writing by email sarijules@ymail.com before returning it.
And we will give you further information and assistace.

Cancelling An Order

You may cancel an order up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. You must inform Sari Jules Jewellery of the fault in writing by email sarijules@ymail.com.
You are responsible for the cost and safe return to Sari Jules Jewellery of any unwanted goods.
Please ensure that you retain the proof of sending any item for return. You must take reasonable care of the item and must return it, and all packaging and accessories, in original condition. After we receive the item plus all packaging and accessories in original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item in full, within 7 days. Delivery charges are not refundable.
The consumer shall not be entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price if he/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods either prior to the cancellation of the Contract or, following cancellation, while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not returned to the Tracy Hills Jewellery packed in their original box, with all accessories, or if the Goods or the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way.
Goods purchased from Sari Jules Jewellery are not sold on a trial basis.
Due to Hygiene Issues, Sari Jules will Refund any Earrings Purchase.
Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase, made by you using our online order system, telephone, email, company purchase order, fax transmission or any other method. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Sari Jules Jewellery will only take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you. Until your order has been despatched, we reserve the right to reject your offer to purchase and cancel your order. Non-acceptance of an offer to purchase may be for, but is not limited to, one or more of the following reasons:

Our inability to obtain satisfactory authorisation for your payment
Our inability to verify your address details
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
The identification of a pricing or product description error including online, email, printed or verbal
